These athletes are included on the GB Canoeing Olympic Programmes for Canoe Sprint in the 2010 season.

The Olympic Podium Programme inclusion matrix are published prior to the first selection race each year (around March / April) and outline the criteria being used to determine who is offered a place on the programme at the end of the season.
The annual review process takes place in October with the programme running from
1 January to 31 December each year. Here is the 2010 Podium Matrix.

Inclusion on a GB Canoeing programme is not just subject to achievement of minimum performances, but also it is subject to acceptance of the CORE philosophy and embracing the GB Canoeing Winning Margins Programme.
